Description

Keep the dirt and the elements out of your garage with out rubber threshold seal. An excellent way to seal the gap between your garage door and floor.

Heavy duty black rubber with yellow no trip safety strip.

Width of seal 80mm, closes gaps from 0mm to 18mm high. Can be trimmed to size Stops leaves, water, dirt and rodents from getting under the gap between the door and the floor. Ribbed base for excellent adhesion to the subfloor. For use with up and over doors, outward opening doors and roller shutters.

Supplied with Stixall hybrid formula adhesive, bonds to all surfaces.

HOW TO USE Trim seal to frame allowing 2" overlap around each side of the door frame. Lay the seal in position without any adhesive and mark out the position with a pen. Remove the seal, apply the adhesive. Lay the seal and hold down so it bonds with the adhesive. Leave for approx 24 hours to dry
