2-Part Heavy Duty Adhesive for PVC & Rubber Garage Floor Tiles

Our 2-part heavy-duty adhesive is designed for situations where additional tile security is required, providing a strong and durable bond for PVC and rubber flooring systems in demanding environments.

This adhesive is recommended for areas including:

• PVC or rubber tiles exposed to direct sunlight
• Areas where forklifts or heavy vehicles make tight turns
• Commercial and industrial environments
• Areas exposed to high temperatures, such as near ovens or furnaces

For 7mm PVC tiles, this adhesive provides extra stability where movement or expansion may be a concern.

Application Instructions

The adhesive is supplied as a two-part system. Simply add the hardener to the main adhesive tub and mix thoroughly using a paddle mixer, ensuring the sides and bottom of the tub are fully combined.

Once mixed:

1. Pour the adhesive onto the prepared subfloor.
2. Spread evenly using a suitable notched trowel.
3. Lay your tiles back into position over the glued area.
4. Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 12 hours before driving vehicles over the installed section.

Important Information

Painted floors may require scarifying or mechanical preparation before applying the adhesive to ensure the best possible bond.

For the best results, always ensure the subfloor is clean, dry and properly prepared before installation.
